We are pleased that we were able to present our new honett product family to a small group of guests at Dieter Meier's Atelbar today.

The solid wood chair, which was already produced in its kind in our manufactory at the beginning of the 20th century, complements our range as chair, bench and bar stool as of today.

At our product launch, Urs Tschopp and the designer Jürgen Gaiser from Blocher Partners talked about the creation of the honett and the collaboration in detail. Our guests were then able to experience the seating comfort of the individual products for themselves - and were all delighted with the comfort of the solid wood chair as well as its delicate appearance.

The Grandhotel Giessbach has a long, traditional history and a strong connection to the region, which also applies to us. The result is the giessbachchair, a piece of seating furniture with a clear profile line combined with the art of wickerwork. The traditional jonc weave lends the beautifully shaped back an appealing lightness and warmth. The stackable giessbachchair radiates a discreet elegance, which is underlined by the fine velour fabric of the seat upholstery in the original red colour.

We, as well as the idyllically situated Grandhotel on Lake Brienz, have always been connected with nature and pay attention to sustainability. Thus, the operators of the Grandhotel also currently rely on their own market garden with cut flowers and vegetables as well as herbs from their own cultivation, which are processed for the in-house restaurant. When selecting the furniture, great importance is also attached to regionality and quality. This was one of the reasons for the cooperation.

Under this premise, it was possible to create a chair that meets the demands of the guests of the Grandhotel Giessbach and integrates perfectly into the premises of the venerable house.
