Comfortable seating for participants of the project WerkBundStadt 2016

On the property of a former fuel depot with 2,8 hectares in size a completely new urban district in Charlotteburg will be connected to the city of Berlin – the WerkBundStadt with about 1.100 emerging apartments. Various symposia and conferences with architecture offices, political institutions, neighbours and residents were held by the Werkbund Berlin to shape an urban development plan, that was presented to the public recently. Realising the project the Werkbund Berlin collaborates with the oldest chair and table manufacturer in Switzerland. The previous horgenglarus theatre seats dating from the 1930s have stood the test of time. Seating comfort has been taken to the next level on the new burgundy velvet of the seats installed during the theatre's renovation and restoration process. horgenglarus thoughtfully designed the rows of chairs because they offer significantly more leg room. Theatre manager Viktor Giacobbo and managing director Marc Bürge are looking forward to happy guests who can now sit yet more comfortably to indulge in cultural joys.
